What is the Family Bonus for Housing?

It is a Donation/Benefit that the State, in solidarity, grants to low-income and middle-class families, families at social risk or in an emergency situation, people with disabilities and older adults, among other social groups, as well as families with credit facilities, can solve their housing problem.


The amount to be received by a family depends on their constant monthly income and the program to which they can apply according to their socioeconomic status and pre-qualification, according to the requirements.

How long does the Housing Voucher process last?

Each process is unique and varies depending on many factors, such as whether or not you have a property ready to build, the speed of the family to get the necessary paperwork, as well as the time BANHVI takes to review the cases and approve them. For this reason, exact dates cannot be offered to be a beneficiary of a Voucher.

Do I need to pay anything to get my voucher?

Although the benefit of the Family Bonus for Housing is free, to meet certain application requirements it is necessary to cover certain INDIRECT COSTS of administrative procedures of state or banking institutions involved throughout the housing process.

To this end, we urge families to generate family savings prior to and during the process that will allow them to cover these costs in the most fluid way possible, without affecting the family's finances.

What do you mean by Indirect Costs?

The previous indirect costs are administrative procedures related to the application for the Housing Bonus, necessary for both the file that is applied for to BANHVI as well as for the purchase of the property (if applicable) and/or construction of the home. These indirect costs can be the payment of Property Appraisal, Social Work Studies, certificates with lawyers and/or accountants, Real Estate history, construction guard, among others.

These costs are variable, always depending on the type of benefit request that the family is making. As it is a Family Housing Voucher, the price of some of the costs is 50% lower than what would normally be paid. If the family organizes the finances and saves during the duration of this process, they will be able to face the expenses related to obtaining the bond.

 

Important, these Indirect Costs are defined by each institution or entity to which the payment must be made, such as: National Registry, Municipality, Professional Associations, National Insurance Institute, corresponding ASADA or AyA, ICE and Authorized Entity before the BANHVI. Grupo ConstruArte has no influence on these amounts.

 

Likewise, the costs are established according to the type of project and the location of the property, as well as by the determinants and costs that each institution has already established. Remember that every housing project is unique and not comparable, since they are carried out according to family composition, the chosen property and current regulations. ​​​

What is the care form?

Our attention form is a small interview that the person interested in the housing benefit carried out,  answering some basic questions about their family and socioeconomic situation. This form is completed online and is completely confidential.  You can fill it out when you have time, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once you fill out the form, our management consists of analyzing the information you provided us and thereby offering you a clear picture of what your housing options are. After that, we will communicate with you through the contacts you provided us and if possible, we will start with the administrative management of your project based on  in the possible options.
